Fai Filtri continues a program of personnel training in collaboration with Festo Academy, a company that helps firms to maximize productivity and competitiveness, with a marked focus on the promotion of people and their skills.
"Investing in personnel means not only improving the activities of the company, increasing and supporting its growth, but also creating a cohesive, efficient and pleasant work environment" comments Roberto Pasotto, General Manager of Fai Filtri, who adds: "We aim a lot for training, during 2017 and this year we have planned over 450 hours for the various divisions, from production to purchases, sales and technical areas, that is why we rely on Festo Academy, because it is an effective tool of professional development that widens the points of view and stimulates to find solutions to face new problems and challenges".
The activity concerns specially the Lean Production project, applied by Fai Filtri in the production of its filter elements, which aims to minimize critical issues during production and so improve productivity and services offered to customers. Festo Academy is therefore working to train all the involved people, starting from the analysis of the business context, which leads to the definition of a structured feedback that will be followed by the training paths, specific for each sector and activity, also using the On The Job Coaching mode, which allows personalized work on the areas of improvement both of people and the whole structure.
The company considers also the importance of the professional growth of the personnel, particularly through training tasks that allow the staff to work independently between one coaching session and another, with the aim of training a competent personnel that can fully meet the needs of Fai Filtri customers and ensure the company will be ready for future challenges.
